Bonus funds are non-withdrawable until all associated wagering requirements have been met. Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds (where applicable) and expiry dates are specified in the relevant promotion terms. Failure to satisfy wagering requirements prior to expiry will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
qr789 reserves the right to withhold, void or reclaim any bonus, free bet or associated winnings where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: registration of multiple accounts to claim the same offer; systematic low-risk staking designed solely to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk; or any other conduct inconsistent with good faith participation.
qr789 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring commitments made prior to any such modification to Players who have already accepted the offer in good faith.
qr789 reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any wager at its sole discretion, including where a wager appears to be placed in bad faith, in error or at manifestly incorrect odds. Acceptance of a wager is confirmed only once a confirmation reference number has been issued to the Player.
Where odds or paylines are published in error (including due to technical failure, data feed error or human error), qr789 reserves the right to void affected wagers and return stakes. This right applies both pre-match and in-play.
In circumstances where a sporting event — including but not limited to Pakistan cricket, PSL fixtures, ICC tournaments or any other event available on the Platform — is subject to verified integrity concerns, match-fixing allegations or official investigation, qr789 reserves the right to suspend betting, void wagers or withhold payment pending investigation outcome. References to cricket events are contextual only; qr789 has no affiliation with the PCB, PSL, ICC or any professional team or player.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, qr789 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill or loss of opportunity — arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability or otherwise, even if qr789 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by qr789's gross negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. qr789 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or free from viruses or other harmful components. Planned and unplanned maintenance, third-party feed outages and technical failures may result in temporary service unavailability.
qr789 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice where: (a) there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering or other criminal activity; (b) the Player has violated any provision of these Terms; (c) KYC documentation has not been provided within the required timeframe; or (d) the Account is accessed from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting support. Prior to closure, any outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds must be addressed in accordance with applicable promotion terms. Remaining real-money balances will be returned via the Player's last verified payment method, subject to completed KYC and any outstanding verification procedures.
On Account closure or termination, all licences granted to you under these Terms cease immediately. Sections relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, governing law and any accrued rights or obligations shall survive termination.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which qr789's operator entity is registered or licensed. Where a specific licence jurisdiction is applicable, that jurisdiction's laws govern the interpretation and enforcement of these Terms.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Platform, the parties agree to first seek to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. Where such negotiation fails, disputes shall be referred to the dispute resolution procedures set out by the applicable operator licensing body, and thereafter to courts of competent jurisdiction.
qr789 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, qr789 will use reasonable efforts to notify registered Players via email or a prominent Platform notice prior to the changes taking effect. The "Last Reviewed" date at the top of this page will be updated accordingly.
Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 12.2.
